Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

Terms and conditions for people attending a cocktail masterclass who must also see the terms and conditions of the venue they will be attending

All cocktail masterclasses are contracted between the booking party and the venue/bartending/other company that will be doing your event. Even when booked through us.

 

BFN Productions/My Cocktail Masterclass is purely a booking agent whose sole and total liability is for the booking fee/deposit paid to us

 

 The venue/bartendinding/other company is responsible for running the masterclasses at your event. MyCocktailMasterclass has pre arranged with the venue what you will get at the masterclass as detailed on the page on this site which advertises the venue. See your chosen venues terms and conditions on their own web site or by calling them and asking them to send these to you. Your contract for the booking is with the venue and not with MyCocktailMasterclass or any of its related companies.

 

MyCocktailMasterclass works in various different ways. (Please ask if you would like to know which applies to your booking)

 

By making an enquiry from this or any of our websites you agree that we may contact you via our company newsletter. If you would rather not be contacted with future newsletters you can tell us in the comments box of the enquiry form. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of each one. You also acknowledge, by sending an enquiry that your information may be passed onto the venue(s) you enquire about so that they can contact you directly


By making a booking you confirm that all people in the party are over the age of consent to consume alcohol in the country of the event (PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME VENUES HAVE AN OVER 21 POLICY. PLEASE CHECK THE INDIVIDUAL VENUES POLICY ON THIS. Failure to provide proof of age if requested by MyCocktailMasterclass or the venue could result in the event being cancelled and no refund given.

Most venues will have a dress code. Please see the website of the venue you are booked for or phone them and ask for a copy of their dress code policy

Note that what you get at each masterclass cannot be guaranteed and may vary from what is indicated on this website

When you confirm a booking by making a deposit you also confirm that you understand and agree to the individual venue's cancellation Policy. You are responsible for any money due in the case of cancellation or reduced numbers of people attending the masterclass
  1. MyCocktailmasterclass may advertise the venue on MyCocktailMasterclass website and charge the venue. In this instance we are simply advertising the masterclass that the venue does

  2. A deposit is needed to confirm the booking, and some venues require full payment prior to the masterclass, others the balance is payable on or prior to the day of the event.  You will be notified after the deposit is paid which method is in place. Failure to pay the balance at the due date may result in the whole event being cancelled.

  3. All deposits paid are non-refundable

  4. If the number of deposits paid for is less than the number of people attending a masterclass you agree to pay to us the deposits for the extra psople. Even if this is after the event has taken place

  5. MyCocktailMasterclass may make an admin charge for booking the masterclass for you at your chosen venue. In this instance we will ask you to pay a deposit in advance to confirm the booking. This is non refundable and is included in the cost advertised on the venues page within our site. When you pay the non refundable deposit you are paying for the admin fee which is retained by us and a deposit which is passed onto the venue. The balance is payable to the venue at the time of the event
  6. Privacy policy - We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
  7. Delivery Policy – A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours of receipt. This will be confirmation of your booking.  Please note that any remaining balance, is due prior to the date of the event

 

Terms and conditions for advertising on this site

Advertising or being on this site in any way, does not constitute a partnership or employment between us.

 

My Cocktail Masterclass or its associated companies cannot be held responsible for any information on individual bartenders or venue pages.

 

The advertisers must adhere to all licensing laws relevant to the country in which they trade.

 

All data about consumers provided by mycocktailmasterclass.com may only be used to verify the booking, and that any use beyond this (specifically marketing) is a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in removal of access to such information and removal of your information from our site without refund.

 

BFN Productions trading as My Cocktail Masterclass has the right to remove/alter parts of, or all the information on an advertisers page without notice and at its sole discretion.

 

BFN Productions trading as My Cocktail Masterclass can refuse to accept an advertiser and has full discretion to do so with no refund of any monies paid

 

Subscriptions are not refundable once paid. There is no contract between us and advertiser can cancel the monthly payments at any time. No monies paid will be refunded including partial months

 

By subscribing to the recurring payments, you will continue to benefit from the following services for the month immediately following payment.

  • You will receive the details of the people who enquire for your venue or service to your nominated e-mail address (please make sure that ian@mycocktailmasterclass.com is added to your safe list)
  • You will have your dedicated page filled with your text, picture and streamed video from you tube or by other means, and be able to update this information through e-mail to us whenever you want
  • You confirm that all text, picture, video and other information does not violate any copyright laws
  • Your page will be submitted to search engines and we will strive to constantly optimise our site including your advert page so as to be found by people searching for cocktail masterclasses and other services you offer
  • You can cancel your payments at any time, but in doing this will stop any enquiries being passed on to you. Your advert may or may not remain on our site but no enquiries will be passed to you until payment resumes. Alternatively, If an enquiry comes through asking specifically for you, and you have not kept up payments then at our full discretion, we may contact you asking if you would like the enquirers information for an immediate fee of £10 to be paid before the enquiry is passed on
  • If you cancel your monthly payment, your page and information may remain on the site at the discretion of www.MyCocktailMasterclass.com
  • You confirm that all content including but not limited to text, images and videos do not infringe any copyright in any country and that you acknowledge and allow us to put any material provided on you tube for the intention of embedding on our sites

My cocktail masterclass may charge the bookers a non refundable booking fee

 

Hyperlinks, phone numbers and e-mail addresses will be removed from your page if your monthly subscription is not paid.

 

This is a month by month agreement, and monthly offers / fees / charges may be removed

 / changed with 1 month notice given at the discretion of

 www.MyCocktailMasterclass.com

 

My cocktail masterclass may refuse or delete ads at its discretion

 

Privacy policy - We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

 

Delivery Policy – A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours of receipt. This will be confirmation of your booking.  Please note that any remaining balance, is due prior to the date of the event

 

3 ways we work with venues

  1. whenever someone enquires to us and we make an enquiry to you on their behalf, you pay commission on the full package whether they eventually talk to you directly or not. This is the usual way other venues work because you/they get great exposure for free on our site and there will always be some people who will see you on our site and totally bypass us and go direct to you. In this instance (only if we have not received an enquiry from the person at all) you would not pay any commission
  2. we take venue “name” off the site but keep you as a venue. This way people wouldn’t go to you direct because they wouldn’t find you in searches or know from our site that we use you as a cocktail making venue. This would mean that everyone would go through us. But after initial contact through us they may still contact you re final arrangements and in this case commission would still be payable even if they contact you before confirming with us
  3.  you simply use our page as an advert and subscribe to our site. We do not do this too often but it is an option. There is no commission payable and the monthly subscription to be on www.mycocktailmasterclass.com and our new site (UK Version will be live by the end of February) www.welovemakingcocktails.com is £65 per month to be on both sites. You can advertise all your cocktailmaking/accommodation packages
