Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

2 shots Rum
½ shot of Fresh Lime Juice
½ shot of Gomme Syrup
½ an Apple

 

Glass

Martini

 

Garnich

Apple slice on rim

 

Method

Muddle the apple in the Boston glass, add ingredients, shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
