Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

Ingredients

50ml Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar syrup
12.5 Crème de Mure

 

Method

Add the first 3 ingredients to a rocks glass

Build with crushed ice

Drizzle crème de mure over the top

Garnish with blackberry and a lemon slice
