Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

Ingredients

50ml Brandy
25ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Gomme Syrup
Dash bitters (optional)
Half an Egg White 

 

Method

Shake all ingredients hard until mixed and foamy

Pour into ice (cubed or  crushed) filled rocks glass
Garnish with a lemon wedge
