Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

Ingredients

1 shot Baileys
1 shot white crème de cacao
½ shot amaretto
½ shot kahlua
1 shot double cream

 

Glass

Martini

 

Garnish

chocolate powder rim and any fruit you like (with chocolate)

 

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled martini glass
