Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

Ingredients

1 shot Creme de Cacao
1 shot Creme de Banane
1 peeled banana
2 spoons chocolate powder
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

 

Glass

Hurricane

 

Garnish

Banana slice

 

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender with a small scoop of ice.  Blend till smooth.  The more ice you add and blend, the thicker the mixture (so don't add too much)
