Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

50ml Gin

25ml fresh lemon juice

12.5ml Sugar Syrup

Soda water 

 

Glass

Collins

 

Garnish

Straws and a lemon wheel

 

Method

All first 3 ingredients to the glass
Fill with ice stir
Top with soda water
Stir and garnish with straws and a lemon wheel
