Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

37.5ml shot citron vodka

12.5ml triple sec

37.5ml cranberry juice

12.5ml fresh lime juice

 

Glass

Martini glass

 

Garnish

Flamed orange zest

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into chilled martini glass
