Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

Ingredients

25ml Vodka
12.5ml Cointreau/triple sec
12.5ml Crème de cassis or Chambord
37.5ml cranberry juice
12.5ml Freshly squeezed lime juice

 

Glass

Martini

 

Garnish

Flamed orange zest

 

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled martini glass.
