Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

Ingredients

12 fresh Raspberries
50ml Bourbon
12.5ml Crème de cassis or Chambord
12.5ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
50ml Ocean Spray cranberry juice

 

Glass

Collins

 

Garnish

Mint Leaf

 

Method

MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.

Add other ingredients

SHAKE with ice and strain into Collins glass filled with crushed ice.

Serve with straws.
