Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

Ingredients

1 shot Kahlua
1 shot Bailey's Irish Cream
1 shot Blue Curacao
1 shot Sambuca

 

Method

Layer Sambuca over Kahlua in narrow glass

Pour a shot of baileys into one shot glass and blue Curacao into another shot glass

Place a straw into layered Kahlua and Sambuca and ignite Sambuca

Drink before straw melts

As last dregs of Sambuca are being drunk pour in baileys and blue Curacao at the same time

These are to be drunk through the straws at the same time

 

Warning ... Fire and extremely high alcohol content are very dangerous
