Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

Ingredients

 

50ml Tanqueray London dry gin
25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
12.5ml Sugar syrup
Soda water

 

Glass

Collins

 

Garnish

Slice of lemon and mint sprig

 

Method

SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled Collins glass.

TOP with soda.
