Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

Ingredients

 6 fresh Blackberries
25ml Cognac
12.5ml Grand Marnier liqueur
12.5ml Crème de cassis or Chambord
Dash Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Dash Sugar syrup

 

 

Glass

Rocks

 

Garnish

Three blackberries on stick

 

Method

MUDDLE blackberries in base if shaker.

Add other ingredients

SHAKE with ice and fine strain into rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
