Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

Ingredients

10 fresh Mint leaves
2 spoons Runny honey
50ml White rum
12.5ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
25ml Pressed apple juice

 

Glass

Martini

 

Garnish

Mint Leaf

 

Method

Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker.

Add rum and honey and STIR until honey dissolves.

Add other ingredients

SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled martini glass.
