Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

25ml Brandy
25ml Creme de Cassis or Chambord
12.5ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup

 

Glass

Martini

Blackcurrant on a stick

 

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled martini glass.
