Ingredients

2 shots Famous Grouse

1 shot Lemon Juice

½ shot Gomme Syrup

Dash Bitters (optional)

1/2 an egg white (not optional)

Fruits of the Forrest Jam

 

Glass

Rocks

 

Garnish

Lemon Wedge and berries to compliment the flavour of jam you use

 

Method

Shake and strain into rocks glass, and serve with crushed or cubed ice (why not try with your favourite flavour of jam)
