Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

25ml Ketel One vodka
25ml Bacardi Superior rum
12.5ml Cointreau triple sec
25ml Ocean Spray cranberry juice
25ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
25ml Pressed pineapple juice
12.5ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
Dash Sugar syrup

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
