I attended a cocktail masterclass last saturday which I booked through yourselves and I must say how impressed I was with how easy it was to arrange and we had a ball! I hope to now book it for another friend's hen do as it was a fabulous night. Thank you

Ingredients

1 lime in wedges
7grams mint leaves
1 tsp Demerara sugar
12.5ml Gomme syrup
50ml Rum
Soda Top up

 

Glass

Collins

 

Garnish

Mint sprig and lime wedge

 

Method

Muddle the lime and sugar in the Collins glass
Tear in mint and lightly muddle
Add the rum
Fill glass with crushed ice and stir through completely
Add more ice and stir.  Repeat till glass is filled with only a small space left for soda

Top with soda
