Ingredients
8 fresh mint leaves
40ml/1½fl oz peach-infused bourbon
1 tbsp sweet sherry
1 tbsp extra old rum
sprig fresh mint
peach wedge to garnish

Method
Muddle the mint leaves in a cocktail shaker
Add the bourbon, sherry and rum
Add a handful of ice
Stir well
Pour into a silver julep cup
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a peach wedge
