Ingredients
½ fresh ripe red pear - peeled and core removed, diced, crushed with a fork
1 slice pear to serve
2 tsp caster sugar
25ml/1fl oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
25ml/1fl oz tequila
25ml/1fl oz pear brandy
Ice
Glass
Martini Glass
Method
Place crushed red pear, sugar, lemon juice, tequila and pear brandy into cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake well.
To serve, strain the mixture into a large Martini glass.
Hook the slice of pear over the side of the glass.
