Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail regarding our Cocktail Masterclass on Saturday.  It was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this to anyone.  It was brilliant value for money & the staff were lovely.

Ingredients

Chilled Bottle of Champgne
A few Raspberries
3 tablespoons Creme de Cassis

 

Glass

Champagne flute

 

Garnish

Raspberries

 

Method

Pour the Creme de Cassis into 8 Champagne flutes

Pour the chilled Champagne into each glass

Just before serving drop a few raspberries into each drink
