Ingredients

25ml Ketel One vodka
12.5ml Crème de cassis or Chambord
25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Dash Sugar syrup
Top up with Brut champagne

 

Glass

Sling

 

Garnish

Lemon slice

 

Method

SHAKE first four ingredients with ice

Strain into sling glass filled with crushed ice.

TOP with champagne

Lightly stir and serve with straws.
