Summer Gin Punch
Ingredients
Any fruit you have to hand
3 Chunks of Pineapple
3 raspberries
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
25ml Orange Juice
12.5 Maraschino Liqueur
50ml Gin
Soda Water
Glass
Hurricane
Garnish
Fruit and mint
Method
Lightly muddle the fruit in the glass
Add all ingredients except the soda water
Stir with ice
Empty all contents into a hurricane glass
Fill with ice
Top with soda water and stir
Garnish with more fruit and mint
