Ingredients

50ml White rum
2 barspoons Runny honey
12.5ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice

 

Glass

Matrini

 

Garnish

Lemon zest twist

 

Method

STIR honey with rum in base of shaker so as to dissolve honey.

Add lemon juice

SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled martini glass.
