Ingredients

25ml Vodka
25ml Crème de cassis or Chambord
25ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
12.5ml Sugar syrup
12.5ml fresh Egg white 

 

Glass

Martini

 

Garnish

Lime wedge on rim

 

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled martini glass.
