Ingredients

Handful of Ice

50ml Vodka

quarter teaspoon of Vanilla extract

15ml Grand Marnier

15ml Sugar Syrup

1 Vanilla pod split lengthways (optional)

 

Glass

Martini

 

Garnish

Decorate with vanilla pod

 

Method

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and stir well

Strain into a chilled Martini Glass
