I attended a cocktail masterclass last saturday which I booked through yourselves and I must say how impressed I was with how easy it was to arrange and we had a ball! I hope to now book it for another friend's hen do as it was a fabulous night. Thank you

A fun punch for halloween

 

Ingredients

1 Bottle of Champagne

2 litres Orange Juice

1 litres Orange Sorbet

1 Bunch peeled Black Grapes

1 litre Lemonade

500ML Vodka

Sugar syrup to taste

Small pieces of Dry Ice (DO NOT TOUCH DRY ICE WITH BARE SKIN)

 

Garnish

Bunches of Grapes

 

Method

Fully chill all your ingredients well prior to mixing.

Combine Champagne and orange juice in large punch bowl.

Scoop sorbet into bowl until it has produced a nice scum over the top.

Add sugar to taste if desired.

Float peeled grapes in mixture, and garnish bowl with the rest of the grapes.

Drop in pieces of dry ice for steaming effect

(note that no one should put dry ice in his/her mouth)

Hang small bunches of grapes over the edge of the punch bowl and enjoy.
