Individual Tickets
The Nightclub & Bar Professional Series at Tales of the Cocktail will be held at the Hotel Monteleone on Wednesday, July 21, 2010. Developed specifically for beverage and bar management professionals, the seminars will address cocktail trends, training, technique, operations and business practices, each led by a recognized expert in the field. Professional sessions are priced at $40.00 per person.

Tales of the Cocktail Seminars will be held at the Hotel Monteleone and the Royal Sonesta from Thursday, July 22 through Sunday, July 25, 2010. At the heart of Tales of the Cocktail are the carefully selected seminars which will examine and explain a wide range of cocktail and spirits knowledge. These seminars have been selected with enough variety and range so that anybody who attends Tales of the Cocktail will find plenty to their liking. Each seminar will be presented by a notable expert in the field, and will usually include tastings or other hands-on activities. Tales of the Cocktail sessions are priced at $40.00 per person.

Spirited Luncheons
Tales of the Cocktail offers you several luncheons that each focus on a particular subject. They include: Summer in Paris, The Spirit of Texas, Soil to Glass, Cognac and Blues, and how to green your event with Eco-Celebrations. Each luncheon pairs fabulous cocktails with a set menu led by an expert mixologist. Spirited luncheons are priced at $45.00 per person inclusive.

Tales of the Cocktail Competitions
At Tales of the Cocktail you get to interact with world's best and most influential mixologists who are competing at the highest level to bring back the glory of winning to their bar and their city. Our annual competitions include the Official Cocktail of Tales of the Cocktail, which will challenge competing bartender to present their version of a classic Tiki drink. Attendees will be able to sample the winning cocktail at several events during Tales of the Cocktail. Our annual United States Bartenders Guild Competition asks 15 USBG chapters across the United States to compete on behalf of their chapter and their city. This year's competition challenges asks them to recreate the classic margarita. In 2010 we are also shaking up our bar chef competition and bar teams from around the country will participate in the Bar Room Brawl. Tales of the Cocktail Competitions are $45.00 per person.

Tales of the Cocktail Special Events
This year Tales of the Cocktail is "Where Spirits Live" as the spirits take on a life of their own during a spirited schedule of new events including the Worldwide Cocktail Excursion presented by Beam Global Spirits and Wine and Cocktail Hour presented by Diageo. Tales of the Cocktail Special Events are $45.00 per person.

The Spirited Dinner® Series is held at twenty-five various restaurants around the city. Famous New Orleans restaurants will feature dinner pairings with unique menus designed by a local chef and a top bar chef. Each course is paired with a cocktail while guests dine and mingle with the mixologists throughout dinner. Prices vary per restaurant and range from $85.00-$100.00 per person inclusive. Through its annual Spirited Award® Ceremony, Tales of the Cocktail provides recognition to those individuals and establishments that have shown an outstanding talent for advancing the craft of the cocktail.

New Orleans Cocktail Tour
Popular historian Joe Gendusa takes you on a walk through history - with a twist - on the New Orleans Original Cocktail Tour, as you explore the famous bars and restaurants of the French Quarter and the stories and spirits that made them famous. Tours will be given Wednesday, July 21st through Sunday, July 25th 2010 from 4:00 pm-5:30 pm. The New Orleans Cocktail Tour is $35.00 per person.
