Cocktails 101 with Paul McGee

This hands-on introductory class will cover the basics in creating cocktails at home. Discuss the differences between major spirits, learn about cocktail families and discover the importance of garnishes as flavor enhancers.

 

Step behind the bar and gain experience with mixing techniques and proper bar tool usage while experimenting with classic recipes, as well as a few Whistler originals. Learn how to stock your home bar with the essential spirits, tools, mixers, syrups and bitters that will allow you to make dozens of cocktails without breaking the bank.
